This is the chilling story about a dystopian world and how it affects the people who live in this world. Is the most famous novel that talks about on how the government can control its people and deprive its population of any thought. Now a curious thing about the way they try to control people is by limiting the language they speak. By just having a population that can only talk in the most basic of English they would be able to destroy thought in a way. People won't be able to create new ideas because their language is limited to the most basic functions. Even the idea of communication can also disappear because although we are exchanging words between us, these won't have any substance to our feelings or thoughts. It will be just a language of agreement and disagreement and nothing else. Now, this sounds scary and it is just a novel but the point of these is that we must know the importance of education for our society. We usually undermine studies and language overall yet we don't see the consequences it would have in our society when we have people who aren't educated. We think is not happening currently in our society because is not imposed on us like in the novel.Yet we can see it is happening in some certain way and slowly we are losing our vocabulary by small movements. For example, we are trying to get neutral pronouns so people don't feel offended by a pronoun that could be used for a male or female. These could destroy the idea that exists to genders in the future. Some governments have some blacklisted words because are considered terrorism and could bring destructing and pain. Yet us as humans we must acknowledge these problems exist in the world and accept them. Knowing about them can help us to become a better society and look for the future of everyone.
